Collection of Data

TrackLogix does not collect visitor identity or contact information from Internet Users' visits to the TrackLogix web site, other than the information a User enters. For each visitor to a TrackLogix Web site, the visitor's computer reaches us via a particular IP (Internet Protocol) address. TrackLogix's servers automatically collect this IP address.

When we collect User information it is because the User is voluntarily submitting the information to us because they want us to furnish products, services or information.

'Cookies' are small pieces of information that are stored by a User's browser on the User's hard drive. A User's browser sets Cookies (when enabled) that contain small amounts of data on the User's computer after a visit to any web site. Cookies assist TrackLogix to track its Users' activities when they login to the web site, and allow Users to access certain features of the Track Logix products and services. The Cookies themselves tell TrackLogix nothing about the User personally.

Disabled and Non-functioning Cookies

TrackLogix does not employ any technology or means of preventing a User from disabling the acceptance of a Cookie. Use and Disclosure of Data

TrackLogix does not sell or rent personally identifying information. TrackLogix does not disclose personally identifying information to anyone that TrackLogix is not authorized to do so. TrackLogix uses the information it gathers for purposes of providing the services to you, and for aggregate, anonymous statistical purposes.

TrackLogix reserves the right to release information on Users if compelled to do so by proper judicial or governmental authorities. Disclosure shall be limited to only to those parties to which TrackLogix is compelled to disclose the information.

Security Measures

TrackLogix employs industry standard security measures to safeguard User information in its possession against loss, theft and unauthorized use, disclosure or modification. User data is accessible only to designated TrackLogix employees who require system level access in order to perform their jobs.

Spam

TrackLogix does not intentionally send unsolicited e-mail messages that could legitimately be construed as Spam.

COPPA

Since you may not become a member of TrackLogix's Network if you are under the age of 18, TrackLogix complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. Advertisers and Publishers are also obligated to comply with COPPA.

If you inform TrackLogix that TrackLogix has collected or received information from a child under 18, TrackLogix will delete such information immediately from its databases. No TrackLogix Web Site is specifically directed to children under 18. TrackLogix shall not knowingly distribute to third parties any personally identifiable information erroneously collected from children under 18.

Deactivating or deleting from databases by Publishers and Advertisers

Please contact support@espoc.com if you no longer wish to maintain an account with TrackLogix, or are unable to access your account. If TrackLogix has such information, TrackLogix shall not retain your name and/or e-mail address any longer than is necessary to perform the services that you requested from TrackLogix.

Policy Changes

TrackLogix may find it necessary or be legally obligated to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this site. Except as otherwise required by law, modifications to this Privacy Policy will not affect the privacy of data collected by TrackLogix prior to the effective date of the policy change.
